Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Otakumart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is free from marks, perfumes, or pet hair to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
